Nov 6 - 12

Nov 6 - 12

Tues: TRANSFER DAY!! We spent most of the day traveling to all of our new areas and companions. So today Sister McGuire and I are officially companions!! It's going to be such a fun transfer full of miracles! We taught a lesson to 2 of our investigator,  the Gorokhoffs, they're from Switzerland! They're soooo  cool and basically told me their whole life story. And when they found out that I love cosmetology, they said they would introduce me to their hair dresser who does all the celebrity's hair... it was pretty awesome. Hahaha sorry family, looks like I'm staying in Cali to do hair 😄😅  we also taught Brother Randall, a less active member and read Ether 12 with him. Man... I love that chapter in the Book of Mormon!!! IT'S SOOOO GOOD!

Wed: today we taught a potential named Stuart, he's pretty interesting. He's super knowledgeable in the Bible and tries to get pretty in depth hahaha. Then went shopping for our groceries since we didn't get to go yesterday. We then had a lesson with and investigator names Mahvash and read the book of Mormon with her and talked about church and baptism. She said yes to being baptized and coming to church!

Thurs: HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!!!!!!!We played basketball with all the elders in our district for workouts hahaha then this morning we met with another investigator named Steve! We taught him the Restoration, he l loved it! And now he's reading more in the Book of Mormon! He also was very kind and made us cross necklaces out of rocks he found at the beach.  We then came home and did some weekly planning. Then went over to a part member families home and the elders gave them a blessing because they got into a really bad car accident last week.

Fri: today our district all went to a park and played a game called groundsies for workouts. Then we had district meeting and district lunch.  Then we had a lesson with another family investigating, the Sanchez family. We also just read from the Book of Mormon with them. Then a lesson with a less active named JJ.

Sat: okay..... today was the best day ever and also the most painful hahaha. We woke up super early and played capture the flag with the district. Then did studies. Theeeeeen went on a "2 hour hike" with Mahvash..... Well I quote 2 hours cuz she said it was only 2 hours. We thought that meant total. Nah she meant one way. So it turned into a 5 hour thing. 2hr there, 1hr lesson WHERE WE SET HER WITH A BAPTISM DATE OF DEC 16!!!, then 2 hours back... let's just say, my legs went numb on the trek back haha
Then later today, we set Terry, an investigator with a baptismal date of December 2nd!!!! #BESTDAYEVER

Sun: today was church, we had 4 investigators come! Terry, Mavhash, and the Gorakhoffs. It was the primary program 💕 all in all. Good solid week!!!! 💕💕💕💕
